Samsung sues LG in Korea for “tarnishing its corporate image”

It all adds up to an existing legal feud between Samsung Display and LG Display, and in this latest case Samsung is looking for 50 billion won (some $45 million) in damages.
The display lawsuit is ending as lastly LG dropped its request for a domestic sales ban on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. The display feud started with Samsung kicking off legal actions over LG products based on its OLED screen tech.
This latest ad controversy started over refrigerators last year as LG wrongly claimed in an ad that it has produced the one with highest capacity.

Why not sue them for the Optimus G Pro? Same size as the Note II, same battery, looks, system sounds, flip cover, voice search service etc.

Sue, sue, sue all companies are getting crazy. instead of this useless thing, they must cooperate for the better progress of technology and to satisfy every user's needs.

The thing is, corporations have been filing lawsuits left and right ever since the beginning. It's only been more noticed as news reporting boomed with the power of the internet and brought more public awareness to the practice. Apple isn't the one who 'started it all'... They're just the ones that really started to bring that 'tactic' from out of the shadows what with their publicity and all.

Hmmm where are all the SS fans? I'd be surprised that they would be okay with their beloved company suing another company. seems that all companies are taking a little something from each other in the communications field then get mad and sue when someone takes from them.what I find ironic is that the biggest copycat of them all making the move this time
