Samsung scores major victory regarding jury instructions

Samsung was able to even the score on jury instructions, as Judge Koh overturned a ruling that would have singled out the Korean tech giant for having failed to preserve evidence...

I feel that both Sagmsung and Apple will not get what they ask for and will not be happy at the end, This is by no means a victory by Samsung but right now they will take anything

Anyway, I think Apple are going to walk away from this trial much worse off than Samsung. I really believe their damage award will be minimal, maybe even offset by Samsung's award, but they will see secrets of their silly patents invalidated, and their iron fist will become Tim.

He was probably not even hiding his ip address. But when confronted, would claim that an ip address isn't unique to a particular device.

I don’t want Samsung to loose. To me when you go to any store to buy anything like TV, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Blu-ray Player the all look the same. Why the hell Apple going on and on about design its all crap they know Samsung will crush there iphone
