I don't see how they are getting praise for doing what is right? Exploding phones is a big deal and if they they swept it under the rug the company would probably go under. It's common sense to react on a situation like this. And why does Apple have to be brought into this all the time? They had some issues themselves, but clearly it's been miniscule as their sales keep growing and growing. I guess that goes to show you they know how to make a solid product and have physical support and replacements when needed.

Why haven't the Note 7 people turned off their phones and returned it as advised? The Manufacturer has announced multiple times to stop using the phone and have recalled it, every media outlet has warned against using it, it's been banned on flights... Etc Yet they keep using it, and even give it to their children. Weren't Samsung/Android people meant to be smart and Apple sheep brainless shells that's can't think for themselves? I was told this repeatedly over and over on this very site, but yet Samsung people continue using an exploding phone dangering themselves and others around them? Boy if this were Apple man, the crap storm that would have been generated here would have been outrageous. I feel really bad for Samsung, this is the worst situation a company could go through. But one good thing about this whole mess is the worst fanboy of any kind, the Samsung fans were kicked in the nuts and made to shut the hell up. Maybe next time they come up with insulting slurs they will remember this ordeal and keep their feet planted on the ground.

Gotta love the amount of Apple sheep commenting on Samsung related posts.

@acruzlu Everyone has the right to comment on any article, regardless of which brand they're fan of. Why attack Apple fans because they're commenting on a Samsung article?

They should give users a clear warning and disable them within a few days, the inconvenience will annoy some but if that's what it takes to stop people using the affected devices they then they should do it.

Back in the day the First badges of phones shipping out were the Best and now the first badges are the worst. Which is why I never get any new device on launch day anymore.

At last, for a change Samsung introduced a new innovative color instead of copying Apple's. Black Burn is the true Samsung's color. Enjoy!
