Samsung in talks with Japanese battery supplier for the Galaxy S8

Samsung is in talks to replace battery suplier Amperex Technology (China) with Murata Manufacturing (Japan). Amperex was the secondary battery supplier for the Galaxy Note 7 and Samsung blamed it for delivering faulty batteries...

So they haven't started testing the battery yet and getting ready to release in couple of month....hmm....i can smell smoke already

"The main battery supplier will remain Samsung SDI" Did you not read this part. I am sure they are testing and it's still 3 months away.

well clearly you didn't read since its said that Samsung SDI is still the main supplier of batteries so those would have been built and tested already... they will be ready for launch with safe devices.
