Samsung i730 is CNET finalist in 'Next Big Thing' from CES

Samsung i730 is CNET finalist in “Next Big Thing” from this year's Consumer Electronics Show. CNET thinks that many mobile professionals will take note of the Samsung i730 because of its EV-DO high-speed data technology, QWERTY keyboard, Windows Mobile 2003 Operational system. However they will make their final judgment after the tests. Other features of the phone are:

  • 128MB flash memory; 64MB SDRAM
  • SDIO expansion slot
  • Bluetooth
  • Windows Media Player 10.0
  • WMA ring tones
  • Dual stereo speakers with 3D sound
  • SMS / IM
  • E-mail
  • Web browser
  • Portrait and Landscape modes

 

The device is a dual-band CDMA phone and is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2005.
