The Samsung Galaxy S10+ is (theoretically) slower than the iPhone XS and XS Max in a newly revealed pre-release benchmark, but last-minute software optimizations could close the performance gap entirely.

I love it when I bring up a real world scenario and all the other person can come up with is why it's terrible.lol It's more than enough to keep my kids entertained while I drive safely and the maps is in a small window. Once again ONE of many real world scenarios that the almighty iPhone can't do. But you have no answer for that but dumb arguments about the implementation or quality. Have a great day.

There are so many things that are wrong with what you just said...

I just can’t focus on driving when I’m watching Netflix on such a small screen with 5-7”. So nowadays I use an old iPad that works great to watch netflix and maps with PiP.

Shouldn’t be watching Netflix while your driving to begin with. That is just asking for a wreck. As a medic I’ve dealt with several distracted driving accidents. Just hope you don’t end up killing yourself or another person or a family with lil kids because you can’t wait to watch Netflix when your not driving.

Samsung phones need an iMessage equivalent.

No thank you to iMessage or its equivalent unless it's universal across. When my number was stuck in iMessage hell for switching to S5 from iphone back in the days, it was annoying af not getting messages delivered from iphone users

Who cares? Processors are plenty fast already. Manufacturers should focus on battery life instead.

All about real world usage. Benchmarks are great, but how all those features/RAM/processing power come together is what matters most.

Don’t forget this and the sd 855 will be the new king in Antutu for mobile phones. The A12 will be down a few spots.

It's a penis measuring contest at like it's always been. Everyone has one and it'll work fine... Unless ur like 80 years old maybe.

The funny thing here is I've watched several YouTube videos where the note 9 and Huawei mate 20 pro opened almost all apps faster than an xs/xsmax... Phone arena should stop all these hype over apple and give us a realistic comparism based on everyday use and not benchmarks period...phonearena please tell us the truth and let us choose... Ur apple bias kinda makes me hate it more. Pls stop hurting iPhone with ur bias both in reviews..

Good for SD. But that only shows that every oem is pushing in the wrong direction for a few years now.

Nothing new. Another year and another Handroid flagship just barely trying to keep up with last year’s iPhone...

No, its just like always Some apps apple will open fast and some android will open faster, flagship androids. Apple opens games fast almost every time and android opens everyday apps fast almost everytime.

These speed tests are useless now. The average smartPhones are faster than fast to do the essential basic daily stuff

Most comment on this thread are if the millennial “it doesn’t need to be faster”. Yes it does. It always does. If you stop advancing then it’s over for you. Go out the pasture and graze at the grass. We must always push the boundries.
