Samsung could face lawsuit for infringing on FinFET technology patent

The US-based Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) plans to sue Samsung over FinFET patent infringement. It was KAIST that developed the 10nm FinFET technology that Samsung now uses for Qualcomm's high-end chipset, but the technology was stolen by the South Korean company...

ah... ha.... Just about every engineer at Samsung comes from this Korean University and Samsung has always contributed money and worked in co-operation with them for over a decade and a half. Interesting they are just now coming after Samsung on something that was developed cooperatively over a long period of time! Their lawsuit in South Korea must have failed..... obviously. That could be the only reason this lawsuit is being tried in none other than.... Yes..... US Eastern District of Texas! Patent Trollville USA!!!
