Samsung and Microsoft Reveal  Windows Powered GSM/GPRS Pocket PC

Today at 3GSM World Congress 2003 Samsung unveiled the MITs SGH-i700, a Windows Powered Pocket PC. The GSM/GPRS Pocket PC adds to Samsung's Windows Powered mobile device lineup that includes the recently announced Samsung MITs i700 Pocket PC for CDMA networks.
SGH-i700 will most likely include a 300 MHz Intel XScale processor, 64MB of RAM, an SD/MMC Card expansion slot and feature a 3.5" 65535-color reflective TFT display.

"The MITs SGH-i700 will help people stay in touch with each other, their information, and a new wave of wireless applications and services that these smart devices make possible," said Juha Christensen, corporate vice president of the Mobile Devices Marketing Group at Microsoft.
