Samsung aims for simple transition from the iPhone to the Galaxy S III with the Easy Phone Sync app
Samsung is making it easier for iPhone owners who might jump the gun and switch over to a Galaxy S III handset. It offers a free app to Galaxy S III owners in the UK, called Easy Phone Sync, which allows for transferring all your iTunes info onto your Android phone.

The app is available in the Play Store, and you need to install one more component on your PC or Mac, in order to get going. Easy Phone Sync will transfer your backed up iTunes info like contacts, messages, music and videos, even podcasts, over to your Samsung Galaxy S III.

Hopefully Samsung will decide to bless other regions with free access to Easy Phone Sync, so as those who decide to live with Android instead of iOS for a while, have the process as simplified as possible.
