Samsung SPH-A800 approved by FCC

Samsung SPH-A800, which was unveiled at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, is approved by FCC and now it can be officially introduced by Sprint PCS. As it was previously written it is the first 2 megapixels camera phone in U.S. The main features of the device are:

  • 2 megapixels camera with flash and video capture

  • MPEG4 recording

  • VOD/Video Messaging

  • CDMA2000 1xRTT data technology

  • TransFlash memory expansion slot

  • JAVA 2.0 support

  • 3D Java Games
