Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 spotted in benchmark listing with Snapdragon 835 CPU
A sequel to Samsung's Galaxy Tab S3 is already in the works and we might not have to wait too long to see it in stores. Our first report about the Galaxy Tab S4 dates from February, but it was only early this month that we've got confirmation that the tablet is real and it's likely to be unveiled very soon.

Today, we've discovered another piece of the puzzle in the form of a benchmark listing that reveals some of the Galaxy Tab S4's hardware. First off, the slate is listed with model number SM-T835, but since Samsung will launch at least two variants (Wi-Fi only, LTE), we'll probably find it under one other model number (SM-T830).

The listing also reveals the Galaxy Tab S4 will be equipped with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory. Also, it will run Android 8.1 Oreo right out of the box. Well, that's about all the info we got from Geekbench, but based on previous rumors, Samsung's upcoming tablet is likely to sport a large 10.5-inch display with 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio.

The slab is also expected to feature a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera and an 8-megapixel camera in the front. A fingerprint sensor might be included as well, but its positioning remains to be determined.

It's yet unclear when the Galaxy Tab S4 will go official, but it might be introduced along with the Galaxy Note 9 later this summer, just before IFA 2018 trade fair.
