I love the unlock animation! And the camera gesture shortcut, and the direct call gesture.

Actually no comparison what so ever, what can I say? on the Samsung Galaxy III Expandable Micro Slot, Larger and removable battery. I'm on line already, can wait till December when it's available in the USA. No other smartphone is giving me that. Was on Team HTC, Now on Team Galaxy...

What about new features like NFC, Bluetooth version & features. GPS + features, screen protection?

I think us missed some important features in this table.

Lets face it,the htc one x has the best display now, the clearest vew in every angle, and a great design. A tiny difference in specs isnt even worth arguing. I hate samsung phones, their just copy cats of iPhone, only plastic. whatch out htc, the last leaked phone of sammy looks just like one of yours. For crying out loud chamchung, have some originality.

It's impossible to speak logic in these forums, but I will try. Here is the way it is and will always be.

To start, iPhone users generally like simplicity. They are, in essence, simple users. They like things to be simple and work simply. They are also, but not in all instances, followers. They buy the phone to put it in an Otter-box and wear it on their belt to say, "Look, I have an I phone. I work at McDonald's and bitch about the high rate of interest on my student loans BUT I HAVE AN I PHONE." iPhone users are also, in many cases wealthy. I work in an office where I see and interact with very wealthy people every day who WOULDN'T DARE walk around with anything less than an iPhone and iPad. To sum up iPhone users are one of two types of people. Simple or Vain Followers.

Android users are usually NOT simple users. Most Android users are intelligent consumers. The other day I met a hospital information technician (management) who had an Android phone and I asked him, "Why no iPhone?" His reply, "I can do a lot more with this." Simple and to the point. When Android users buy a phone most would look at the specs and say, "Why would I buy a phone with inferior hardware coupled with an OS that is self limiting?" Android users may not be as wealthy, but this is a mute point. INTELLIGENT wealthy people would not buy iPhones UNLESS they were doing so to maintain appearances. Android users like the ability to make their phone "theirs", at least the somewhat tech savvy ones.

In the end the only VALID reason to own an iPhone is you are a simple user and like to make calls, surf (with no flash, which isn't that important to some apple users), and use apps. All other reasons for owning an iPhone boil down to vanity and/or lack of technical ability. A good comparison would be Beats Headphones. People buy them to fit in, NOT because they are audiophiles. Why else would you buy hardware that is inferior? Because you want to fit in. You desire to be a conformist. You don't want to stand out from the pack, rather, you want to be a part of it. That is okay for people content with conformity.

Android users are non-conformists and for the most part seek to retain some semblance of individuality as well as being smart consumers who buy superior hardware for near identical price points, or in some cases cheaper.

Here endeth the lesson.
