If it took you breaking a phone, to be smart enough to put a case on it, then it simply means you're stupid. Would you go and buy a $150,000 car or home and not insure it? I mean at phone prices today, even a $10 cheap silicone case is better than nothing. When I am at work or home, because the flooring is carpeted, I do remove the phone from its case and use it. Because if it drops, nothing is gonna happen. But knowing I am going outside where everything that can go wrong usually does, I dont leave without a case. If what you paid for a phone is not enough for you to be smart enough to protect it, then you absolutely deserve for something bad to wake you up to reality. Phones are made of cheap materials The ones you begged for to make them look and feel premium, but makes them brittle and accident prone. Hindsight is always 20/20. But with all the drop test videos, to do anything opposite is plain ignorance. Especially for the make species who is suppose to think logically.

I really wish they would have made the 2 piece case like they did for the Note 8. It has just enough protection and it preserved the beauty of the phone.

You were probably the only buyer for that joke of a case :)

Nothing beats a Spigen Neo Hybrid! It offers good protection as well.

I have the rugged case from Samsung and I like it but the case is thick and bulky so.

Samsung has to do some things and it's the best: 1- much improve their update system and be more linked to google, they should update their phones faster than other manufacturers after google. 2- change their UI with none of those bloatware apps. the new One UI is good. but it should be released for GS8 models and Note 8 too. more you add...
