Samsung Galaxy Note 7 replacements still have issues with overheating batteries

A Samsung spokesperson stated that the issues many customers complain are “completely unrelated to batteries” and that they are just isolated cases that have something to do with the mass production issues...

I ll just laugh at your comment. No need to explain things for someone who is comparing the R&D of a company that builds 95% of their components, to an OEM who builds ZERO components of their devices.

The moment he mentioned Apple's quick charging technology, I knew we are dealing with a clueless fan.

So f'n clueless my dude. I re read his post, and may have laughed even harder lol. I seriously can't believe he posted that. Either he's just looking for attention, or has absolutely zero idea what he's talking about. I say both.

Samsung did recall their phones, Apple decided to remain silent. We clearly know who truely care about their costumers safety.

-Samsung's software is different than stock Android -Samsung spends a lot, if not the most, on R&D -Samsung makes most of the hardware components themselves, even Apple buys a lot from Samsung, and that's not the other way around.

Hello noob, in the real world there is an 8890 which destroys A9, what might confuse you, and other noobs who have no clue, is that the storage speed on the 6s is much faster, if you want to get a clue who the boss is, in terms of CPU power, check out geekbench 4, till then go back to your mom.

Since Apple can't seem to implement it at all, no. Apple scientists have been too busy assisting the S7 and Note 7 to get ideas for next year's uptime to worry about fast charging. They're going to go with curved AMOLED, and finally stop copying HTC One series phones.

Phone arena needs to run a poll of features where you can choose more than one to show manufacturers what the public wants. My wants: OS: Stock android Screen:OLED 2k Flat Screen Size: 5.5-5.8" Ram: 4Gb and up CPU: latest 64bit that runs cool Battery: 5,000 mah and up IR blaster FM Radio Wireless Charging and USB-C port w/ quick chargeing Stereo front Speakers. Waterproof Finger print sensor 3.5mm jack Samsung version of iPhone 7 Plus camera system I really don't care if the phone is made of metal or plastic. All these things are out now, just no manufacturer will put it together...

That's EXACTLY what I want as well, lol. I'm still using my old Z5 as no phone has matched these specs. I'm hoping for a 5,5" S8 with a toned-down Touchwiz, but I'm afraid that the lack of FM radio will kill it for me.

The S7 has fm radio

They grounded the FM antenna pin on their Exynos chips, which is a hardware limitation (I'm from Europe). Trust me, if the S7 edge or the Note 7 had FM radio I would move to Samsung. I just can't live with the idea of spending a lot of hard earned money with the knowledge that they actually had to take extra effort to remove the otherwise functioning FM pin. Why oh why don't they just keep it and provide an app for it?! I actually emailed Samsung a few times but they never answered me.

Fail after fail. That's what you get for mindlessly chasing Apple.

Chasing Apple? Lol Samsung phones has nothing in common when compared to Apple devices. And let me remind you that in the past 3 years, Apple are the ones who has been following Samsung's model. Releasing a phablet with a design that resembles the Ativ S, predictive keyboard, quick toggles, and now it is almost confirmed that Apple are releasing the iPhone 8 with a dual edge design and an Amoled panel. I can go on and on, but I think those key points should be enough to make you think twice about your amusing comment.

LMAOOOOO! No, I'm an Apple fanboy (blind one at that). I hate android, Blackberry, Samsung too. I pledge my blind allegiance to the Apple way lol. Samsung phones got all their features from copying the iPhone /s. The S-Pen is a blatant rip off off the I-Pen found in the 7 Plus.
