Apple's implementation is "fake" , "bogus", but different than true multitasking (i.e. like a computer). There are pros and cons to true multitasking on mobile devices. However, Apple's approach compliments battery life and Cpu, whereas true multitasking would drain it quickly on Android. It's not perfect, but battery performance is very important on a mobile device. It's not like computers, where desktops have *infinite* power sources and laptops aren't used away from a power source 100% of the time.

Go up to an iPhone user and ask them how much they care about their "fake" multitasking. 0 F*cks given broski.

Do you efcking people have nothing better to do with your lives than worry what we may or may not do with some future version of iPhone? Really? This is what you sit around doing? Sneaking around trying to pry out weird bits of information about what might happen in the next version of an operating system for iphone? And then debating them on blogs and comment strings and calling each other names and trying to claim bragging rights for being the best at predicting future Apple features? Listen to me: You need to get a life. Find some woods, and go for a walk. Go to the gym. Read a good book. Go volunteer at a food bank or homeless shelter. Go join a protest about health care.Go to the iFarm and slaughter I $ h £€ p $, But sweet mother of Jesus stop worrying about your efcking iPhone, okay? Repeat after me: It’s just a iToy. Regain some perspective, you big weenie wall huggers. Lmfao Take it easy broski Cool down broski

They do not fall for specs, they fall for a slight revision number that implies improvement. Complain, when they cant see past the glitter an glam crowd, no doubt they're quiet an say nothing, they'll get mocked to no end.

Jake... We know you are an Apple fan. We know you that you know Apple better than Samsung. People buy what they want anyway. Apple, Samsung, Sony, HTC etc. All these phones have good points and bad points. Respect those choices.

Looking forward to seeing what the Note 4 offers. I hope it's as far above the Note 3/S5 and the Note 3 was above the Note 2/S4. If so, it's mine.

And for how long do you intend to test it before returning it this time, just like you did with GN3?

I never returned it. I gave it to my brother. If you don't know anything, don't assume because you make an ass out of yourself. PS - 1,000 Jacqueline - 0

So you DUMPED it on your poor brother rather than RETURNING it? What a nice brother you are.

I paid for my Note 3 off contract. Gave it to him to use. My brother is 20 driving in a Audi A4. Yeah, we're definitely poor. Also, why the hell would anyone return a phone that's bought off contract? I can't take you seriously. Goodbye.

Nobody takes him seriously. We all know his game - he's a bitter Apple fan who just can't stand that both Android and Samsung are chosen by such a staggeringly larger proportion of the public than Apple. So he ordained himself an Apple evangelist, determined to change that by hook, crook or lie. Although, with the comments be gets away with around here, and the fact that he had input on an article (which was apparently so apocryphal that they pulled it immediately), I'm beginning to wonder if he's not being paid by PA to generate page clicks. I'd hate to eye this site go down to BGR's level, living on the circus of the comments section.

This is honestly the only reason why he isn't banned yet. PA is publishing a lot of Android and Samsung articles knowing he'll be the first one to comment. If he's there, it's bound to have 50+ comments with thousands of page refreshes = $$$$ from ads. Such a shame PA has stooped so low over the past year. Bring back the old PA from 2012.

I know who won't be. Me. I'll be waiting to see the reviews, try it out and see what the root situation is. Also to see if any release issues get ironed out quickly.

Never had problems with my S3, Note 3 and S5 and I got them on release. I don't think this will be any different.

Me neither, but I'm cautious. And Samsung has really stepped up the bootloader and root security. I find it difficult to support a company that won't let me do what I want with a device I paid for.

I'm with T-Mobile so I have no worries. Verizon and AT&T are being difficult by not letting users do what they want with their phones.

I agree. I'm with Sprint on one line and T-Mobile and my other line. At least both providers are still fairly open. It's good when you're with the underdog carriers.

20nm Exynos > 28nm Snapdragon of course

We're only seeing Snapdragon with higher number, maybe higher megapixel camera and a whole bunch of gimmicks by manufacturers that eat up storage data. Honestly, Note 2 is still a pretty damn good device, and there's absolutely no reason for Note 2 or 3 users to upgrade to Note 4 unless if you care about having the latest technology or don't wanna look outdated.

Lol, I would have thought so, but when I compared it with my friend's Note 3, I like the S5 much more. Plus I got a leather back cover/ case.. so it's much like a Note now :P
