Samsung Galaxy Note 3 promotional video recalls the pop-up books you loved as a kid

0. phoneArena posted on 12 Oct 2013, 00:29

Remember when you were a kid and you would read those pop-up books? Each tab you pulled brought forth some type of action. Samsung took some of the features on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and turned them into the pages of a pop-up book; it came out as a clever promotional video that uses a different way to show off some of the things that the phablet can do...

Stop being jealous! True innovation is imitated and copied. Give credit to Samsung, they created the phablet and now everyone is copying and following their lead. Even Apple is planning on making a phablet now.

Dude, it's good sometimes to be passionate. But make sure you don't get in trouble for it... Samsung did not create the Phablet... Have you ever heard of a company named Dell.

Dell streak was a 5 inch phone not a 5.3 inch with an spen. Any phone above 5.3 with no spen is just a jumbo phone and shouldn't be called a phablet. Lol

I recently purchased a Note 3 and I am impressed. I also happen to own a Iphone 5.
I owned previously a S3 and Nexus One. I also own an ipad Mini (my mother uses it) and an ASUS Transformer TF101 tablets.

Its good to have best of both worlds to satisfy the geek in you.

Both the OSes are having bugs. Both are having their own advantages and disadvantages.
With the IOS, apple have made a set of rules all app developers have to strictly follow. even though it is rigid, the experience is very uniform across all apps. The touch response is awesome. But when it comes to media and sharing I am fed up with having to go through Itunes and rushing to your computer everytime.(unless you are buying from app store) Google apps (though lacking certain features) are Very well executed in the iphone. This phone is so designed with US users in mind that i find it annoying some times.

The android on other hand is much more flexible and Feature rich. Media sharing and loading is fast and easy. Big screens are available which definitely enhance users multimedia experience. Lack of consistency and crashing apps are a letdown. But, these are easily forgotten over the customization and flexibility options available. The file system really helps to store information which will come in handy. The touch response lacks finesse in almost all the devices i have experienced so far(in comparison with iphone). Android system has come a long way since Nexus One and i have experienced it first hand..

I have also tried (albeit for a brief period) the windows Nokia phone. The os is good, but having seen that two of my most essential apps (E-book reader and Words with friends) are not available for free and are priced high. I refrained from buying one. My personal opinion is that Microsoft is too aggressive with pricing and wants to have too much control which could spell doom for them.

Coming to Note 3 you will be surprised to see a device this huge having very less weight. (obviously due to usage of plastic) The display is gorgeous. S-pen implementation is the best in the market. I doubt if Iphone were to come in this size how much will it weigh considering the aluminum chassis and all. I am currently enjoying this beast of a device.

The above is purely my personal experience/views Iam sharing with you and are not intended to hurt anybody.
