Doesn't even have the fastest HSPA+ Only think I'm not digging about the Nexus prime is the non-expandable memory but then again as long as VZW lets me keep unlimited data I can just use pandora and the rest of the space for apps.

since the invention of Google music, i really only use my internal memory for movies and pictures. GM saved me 14 of my 16 gigs.. lol

Because the Moms are the one who decides which phones to get for the whole family. In this case, iPhones. I have an iPad and the interface is so boring. All I can do is dragging the icons back and forth. I don't know how these iSheeps think iOS is the best.

I must have expandable memory. I hope it's as durable as my Droid X.

Its a bit of a hard choice between the RAZR and Nexus but i know the RAZR will be full of bloatware and a bit slower to update soooo nexus takes my vote! android 4.0 looks awsome! im quite exited to check it out in person

Those on screen keys on the Nexus are UGLY!

I think the entire Razr is ugly, but that's just one opinion.

Not even a comparison. iPhone is a no brainier. These droids will be forgotten in 2 months.

Yep, just like the OG Droid, Droid X and Droid Incredible. Flashes in the pan.

yea i agree with you ! there is no comparison the iphone shouldnt even be in the list what a waste of space... Iphone 4 and below are already forgotten too, only reason why the 4s will not its because its the only one out there and dont forget the apple logo.. nothing special

"Forgotten"? Not likely. The Nexus S is still a strong seller almost a year later, and the Razr is certainly making waves.

Other than specs--Really don't know what all the hype is about Samsung phones--Reason why: Samsung!!!!! Phone's I've had--Flipshot--decent feature phone, Glyde--not worth mentioning-horrible device, Rogue--another horrible device, Omnia smart-phone--horrible device; Fascinate--Galaxy S series phone that didn't deliver--marginal performance--low ram; last phone in Galaxy S series to get FROYO update, no notification LED; Charge--(not by choice),VW sent me this as a replacement for Thunderbolt--needless to say it's already been sold to Gazelle...LTE phone with no ram, no notification LED, want stay on LTE, reboots, etc and no gingerbread....so from my perspective I don't know what the hype is about just another Samsung Device...Nice looking with beautiful displays--yes,performance NO....Stick with HTC and Motorola

Iphone is 4th place worst specs out of the 4. NEXUS S have the best high resolution SUPER AMOLED! DROID RAZR the thinnest out of the four. Iphone is in last place. It is so sad to see a thick heavy phone like the Iphone with it's same crappy design.

iPhones are for Mommies and kiddies. When they're bored, they can drag the icons back and forth without messing up the phone.

Especially knowing it'll get ICS, I'd have to pick the Razr. It's just a slicker phone than the Galaxy Nexus.

If i have to choose right now between the NEXUS or the RAZR would be hmm the NEXUS!

PhoneArena, a correction should be made. The Droid RAZR has a TI OMAP 4430 processor at 1.2 ghz, not the 4460. Thanks for all of your hard work throughout these crazy last few days, just thought I would point it out.

how do you know it's a 4430? it's more likely it's an underclocked 4460 than an overclocked 4430.

no matter what besides the screen resolution Motorola is the best

RAZOR FTW. I just cant get over the build quality Moto has given the razor. It has more power than I will need and the screen is better than the bionic. Razor wins over the Nexus due to the much much superior design.
