Samsung first revealed their eco-friendly handset, the Blue Earth, this February. The device differs from all other cell phones manufactured using recycled materials in several things - it features touch sensitive screen, appealing overall look and solar cell panel on its back. Unfortunately, we didn´t have the chance to see it in action at MWC this year, but it seems we can finally do that, because a video of a working unit has appeared on the Internet. Actually we noticed several interesting things. Apparently its model number is S7550 and it´s now confirmed the handset will be running Samsung´s TouchWiz interface. Moreover, the source claims less hazardous and environmentally damaging materials are used in the manufacturing process. We still don´t have accurate information on its release date, but certainly hope to see it hit the shelves soon.
