Samsung Australia reveals "Screen Assure" free Galaxy Note 8 screen repair; launch date August 25th?

So far, there has been some question about the Samsung Galaxy Note 8's model number. For the most part, we have seen SM-N950 used to designate the unlocked version of the phablet. And while it really isn't a major deal in the scheme of things, an inadvertent leak by Samsung Australia indicates that the model number of Sammy's next high-end handset is actually SM-N940...

Whatever you earn, you should spend some of it on typing lessons.

What's so funny. You are the same hypocrites who claimed the Iron Man s6 Edge or the Batman S7 Edge, were not worth over $1000. So which is it? Because you Samsung haters claim the Note is just an S with a pen. So are you saying now that pen is more worth $350 over the cost of the S? Make up your mind. Also, you dont vet to dictate what i should or shouldn't pay. After all PA claimed the S7edge was worth what it costs. I paid over $900 for my S8+. But i o my bought it, because I got full refunds on my Note 7s. So this phone cost me zero out of pocket. But I would have to buy the Note 8. Considering what the Note 7 cost at $850, I want to know what the extra $250 is for? Because maybe for me o have a expectancy of what a phone should be capable of when it costs a certain price. That's my choice. I can swipe the full price of a Luxury car on my AMEX Gold if i wanted too. But that doesn't make it a great idea. I always want value of my dollar Just because they say its a certain price, doesn't mean it's worth it. I'm not some hypnotized sheep. I have no loyalty to any brand. I buy what i want, but I also want it to have worth. The first thing you idiots say someone cant afford something. Since my company is standardizing on the Galaxy, I have to consider the impact on company cash. Again just because i can afford to buy, doesn't automatically mean I should just buy it. I research any product I buy I just don't buy because it exists.

As long as I see value for what I need I will happily pay $1100, $1500, $2000, whatever.

Right...I'm getting the Note 8, and haven't given one damn thought to the price of it. I have cash, and credit to cover the price. Also, there's AT&T Next

Wonder when Samsung going to announce the discounts for Note 7 owners? Haven't heard anything yet. At least for the ones who returned theirs. They shouldn't honor no discounts to the few who refuse. That's only fair.

Assurance of a lag free phone. You guys are hilarious. No phone in history has ever been lag FREE. Folks, pick the phone that works best for you and don't listen to the fanboys who want to split hairs over near meaningless issues. Loved my Nexus and switched to a Note that I loved even more. If this baby is available 8/25, I'll pony up a grand to trade in my worn out Note 5.
