Russians do a drop test with iPhone 6 prototype on Red Square, like that's a thing (videо)

0. phoneArena posted on 03 Jul 2014, 02:07

Just as any self-respecting drop test goes, the guy drops the iPhone 6 from waist and shoulder height, mimicking real-life scenarios, where you are taking the phone out of your pocket, or dropping it while talking with the handset to your ear. Needless to say, there are some corner dings and bruises, but they are far from indicative what would happen with the real, eventually metal-and-glass chassis of the upcoming iPhone 6...

I can't wait until September when this thing is official. I must have seen over 100 articles about a dummy unit that's not even real. But the worst has to be that iWatch. Drives a person insane looking at vaporware.

Hope that original would be stronger than the prototype shown in the thumbnail.

I have this feeling that Apple is trolling us with this leaked prototype and they have a totally different phone behind the scenes. Someone could leake a bunch of pictures, but not a bunch of phones, almost every other tech site and reviewer has already had a hands on video of the iP6.
All in all, true that Apple copied Android with iOS8, but there is no denial that even those who hate Apple are waiting for the iP6 to be announced as much as Apple fans do, and one thing for sure, it ll set new groundbreaking sales numbers.
