So all the SD810 thing was good after all! Now Qualcomm will surely step up their game! I would still go for the Exynos M1 version though(if rumors turn out to be true!)!

Good. Then we can have AOSP on S7 ;)

Don't get the point on rocking AOSP, on a device with hardware buttons...

Dear Samsung, please keep that edge series out of my country. A complete useless fail if you ask me, unbearable to hold, feels cheap as hell. Forget about it the sooner the better. Keep improving note series instead. Still love my note2.

The Edge was colossal gimmicky failure which many bought into. It makes no sense, distorts the on screen image, reflects light from odd angles and colour shifting makes the curved edges look a different colour to the rest of the display. Add to that it's more expensive, people are actually paying extra for something that's impractical.

You can't really tell people what they should or should not buy. If their happy with it then it's obviously not a gimmick to them is it? Because people who bought the edge like myself obviously likes the effect on the curve edges.

If People Bought Into It, Then It Wasn't a Failure.

As an edge plus owner I'll have to disagree with you in many areas.. First of all the screen doesn't distort, it doesn't give a different color either. After having the note 3 and 4 II could say that for me the note line is a waste.. Many like myself felt the need to use the pen because that's what it was for but I found that I used it less and less as time went on. Just because you don't like the edge doesn't mean that you speak for everyone

The edge is awesome. It's unique and no worse that the 2.5d glass and phones with no bezels. It's just a design and an awesome and fresh design at that

So those who r using it are extremely happy but those who have something else are dissapointed?? Doesn't make sense..

I think Sammie has proven the Exynos can hold up well against some competition. Why go back?

The chip probably isn't ready to be mass produced on a grand scale or its probably just cheaper to go with the Snapdragon route.

Why not. The Note 5 with all the S6s, are gonna sell over 100m devices easy. The S6 Edge is a hit. The larger one well, it's been going very well it seems. It seems they should have released them all at t h email same time.

Samsung been losing a lot of people not very eager on there future phones, because they have not been able to offer the used to be Best Selling Options that loads of people have got so used to and want there next phone to follow the Trend, with All there Music,Pictures & Videos on the Micro Sd Card, the Galaxy S7 could sort Samsungs position in the Mobile Market with even more people leaving them if no Micro Sd Card Slot or even the chance of a Removable battery on the Galaxy S7,Project-Zero might have Improved the Build Quality of Samsung phones but losing the Card Slot Does not seem to be the Right Choice made by Them,so hope the Galaxy S7 does offer card slot

Or the removing crap battery, or plastic phones, oh yes how that crap working out for lg, oh yes no sales Now the iPhone are big, phones need to look good or no sale They also need to be supper fast or no return sale

It wouldn't be nice to see in SD card come back again like lets say they put an SD card in with the phone 128 gig - 56 gig something along those lines since Android m uses SD card now as internal storage for all of your apps and stuff holding them on the phone

But whatever they do they have to make it a little bit thicker and please for the love of God give it a 3500 milliamp battery that's the biggest complaint is the battery on the GS 6

They will not need to make it any bigger, they Will be using Samsung SDI’s free-form battery technology in the s7 and will be easy able to use a battery of the same size as used in the edge + but in the normal size edge removing any battery problems on the s7

But they've apparently gained many more than they lost, since all reports point to the Note 5, S6/Edge selling much better than their predecessors.

The S810 was good btw, it inspired OEMs to innovate ways to keep the phone cool ;) :p Though the S810 may not be that awful if you asked me, but for sure it could have been better in terms of thermal management :/

Everything can use more optimization, even if it's on the best smartphones on the market (Note 4, Galaxy S6/Edge, Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus).

If Samsung going back to the same stupid mistake that did it before with note 4 and S5 variant SD 805 and Exyonse 5433 no thanks I will go back to IPhone and Nexus better at least there's an update.

For me choosing an iPhone for an update is useless.. Whatever update we get, it is still iOS. I prefer non updated android to any updates of iOS..

Damn, to keep competition at a higher rank, i'd rather like Samsung to keep 100% Exynos chip on it's S line...
