Even as an Android user, LTE is a non issue. If I need LTE on a phone, I'm doing something wrong. If you aren't running a server on it, what's the need for all that bandwidth?

Wait. So what you're saying is... you DON'T want a fast internet connection?

Just shows how uneducated you really are. IPhones cost the same as android phones, so how is it he CANT afford a high class phone? He just prefers something that better fits his needs for the SAME PRICE. Go back to. Pre-K and re-learn MATH before posting again

Yeah, I love how you iDiots love to throw that around. Mighty proud of yourself for having $200 to spend, I'm certain it was the highlight of your year. Take a stroll around the ghetto or a bus line sometime, notice all the "high class" people sporting iphones lol

I'd like to hit your like button if you know what I mean ^_~! On a serious note, the amount of users who use iOS is a smaller amount than the users of Android. Really it's just simple math, for example if there are 10 people with an iOS device and 9 people are using the internet constantly that would be 90% of the people. On the flip side if there were 100 people with an Android device and 9 of them were using the internet constantly, that would only be 9% of the people. So unless everything was even on the "amount of users" front these numbers are all but inconclusive. But diving even deeper...Why do you guys care enough to argue about it?

You don't understand the survey. It's total people accessing the internet from the phone, android and iOS combined not percentage of the user base.

STFU, welcher. Your opinions mean even less than they did before, when they were worth nothing.

Could you please explain more widely and proof your statement? Or maybe you are just trolling?

Maybe Android users don't visit the NetMobileShare website? I have never visited that site, yet when I have to waste some time, I am on the web checking news sites. LTE makes the browsing experience indistinguishable from landline cable service.

Same. What the hell is NetMobileShare anyway and why would I want to visit it?

This article is the first mention I had heard about the site.

There's a lot of these surveys and they all show iOS dominates web use on mobile devices.

From the provided link: "We collect data from the browsers of site visitors to our exclusive on-demand network...." What a crock of sh*t. If you don't visit their website, you don't get counted. Their projections are totally worthless.

And the network's websites are listed where? Just because they make a claim, doesn't mean that it is true. I could claim that the sun rises in the west and sets in the east, but that doesn't mean it really does.

"And the network's websites are listed where? Just because they make a claim, doesn't mean that it is true." Yes, I know, I was just searching for info too and that's why I have posted these links here. I also would like to see a list of sites. "I could claim that the sun rises in the west and sets in the east, but that doesn't mean it really does." Sun doesn't rise or set at all, that the Earth is spinning! ;)

come on stop these stupid comparisons, let people do whatever they want. one day we will see study stating that android users are more likely to go to the bathroom than iOS users because iOS users are so busy playing with its awesome games !!!

oh no, i may get a thumbs down? oh cool... i dont care. the transformer tab is 200 less and practicly the same size. i just want to mix up my technology a little. the iphone and ipad do the same things just one is larger. the ASUS is different on experience wise and it has things on it that the ipad doesnt.

I wonder what all these Android owners are doing with their smartphones if they're not using them for smartphone functionality such as web browsing? I suspect many are just being used as glorified feature phones.

I agree, a lot of the trolling here attacks Apple users as technologically ignorant, but in actuality A LOT of android users don't really use any of the features of a smartphone either.

My wife doesn't. She uses her droid 2 for texting, calls, facebook updates and angry birds. She seldom breaks 100mb per month. But then, she didn't want a smartphone to begin. I only got her one because the promotion I got required all phones on the account to be smartphones. I, on the other hand, have gone as high as 12Gb in a month. I surf, stream Netflix, YouTube, slingbox, email, banking, stream Pandora, etc...I'm on the phone now typing this. No Facebook, though. I f**king hate Facebook. Here's a hint - I don't care if you're heading to the store to buy chicken. Your life isn't that interesting.

I use a smartphone or tablet 90% of the time for personal use. Very rarely need a PC anymore. At work I use a PC all day.
