The breakdown for the iOS devices shows the Apple iPhone 6 with a leading 13% failure rate, followed by the Apple iPhone 6s (9%)...

When I use Samsung's browser with Adblock, it allows me to comment. It didn't before, but all of a sudden it works perfectly.

I am surprised to see Snapchat and Facebook missing from the Android list. I hear a lot of complaints from my friends/family about those 2 apps.

I'd like to dedicate this article to all those who claim Alan F to only write pro Apple and negative Android/WM/BB articles. Where are the iPhoneArena commentators/whiners on this one??

I was surprised to see it was him. But he has to throw in something positive about Android and Samsung once in a while. But you have to admit most of his articles are negative about Samsung and Android.

This article proves what I've been saying for a while now: Apple really does have a problem when it comes to software, and it's way past time that they put better QC polices in place when it comes to their software. It also proves that the two top dogs in the smartphone field, Apple and Samsung, need to get their act together when it comes to QC, as Samsung devices and iPhones had the highest crash rates.

highest crash rate of app and issue with OS. Also has the highest ratio of return on warranty in first year.. I sell 10 iPhone or Samsung and at least 3 come back same year. All others brand have easily 1 out of 20 sold or more...

I can believe it. It's why I said both Apple and Samsung need to get their QC up with their respective smartphones.

Lmao! You're really in full "Apple defense force" mode in this comments section. The pain in your comment can be felt through my tablet screen.

BTW IMS service is used by merchants? I thought it stands for IP Multimedia Subsystem, a set of specifications to offer multimedia services through IP protocol. This makes it possible to incorporate all kinds of services, such as voice, multimedia and data, on an accessible platform through any Internet connection (fixed or mobile)

I get frequent app crashes every 3-4 days. Not enough for me to say that their huge issues. The iPhones are fast at loading apps and games as you won't notice that they crash.

I can attest to that I got the new iPhone 7 and it crashes at least once a day it's annoying ....I had the note 7 and had to return it and I gave Apple another try....I have had more issues than I ever had with my galaxy phones....going back when the 8 comes out...

Blannco Technology Group is just a third rate company trying to make a name for themselves and drum up business by releasing this "study". What statistical method(s) did they use? How large was the sample group? Names and credentials of the people that conducted the study?

Who buys iphones these days? They already lost the second place and are listed third in the mobile world! Iphones are slowly dying, but that is obvious.......because who wants a phone that cost a lot but on the other hand it is a piece of turd!

No surprise since the iPhone 6 family of devices has the highest single failure rate of a single model. All those perfect working $100 Android phones that the iOS crowd say are garbage, are better than all iPhone garbage.
