Report: Crowd-sourced GPS app Waze coming to Windows Phone 8 in June
Named the Best Mobile App at MWC 2013, crowd-sourced GPS and navigation app Waze is said to be coming to Windows Phone 8 soon. Waze beat out popular titles like Flipboard and Dropbox to win the award. The report calls for a June launch of the app on Windows Phone 8, and comes out of Israel where Nokia Maps has been having problems correctly labeling certain locations. The country was only recently added to the mapping application.

Waze is currently available for iOS, Android and BlackBerry 10 (via a port of the Android app) and with over 40 million members, there is a good chance that you can make use of the information sent in by other drivers including the latest news about the traffic and radar traps. By adding Windows Phone 8 users to the mix, it will mean improved coverage for current users.
