I do wish Samsung would stop others using note in the name of a phone unless it had an s-pen. I can't believe they didn't trade mark the name properly.

Samsung trademarked "GALAXY Note". but the name "Note" alone can't be anyone's trademark. 'cause it's a word in the English vocabulary!
