Razer Phone unboxing and first look: 120Hz of smoothness

Although the mobile industry is a rather lively and dynamic space, you actually don't get to greet newcomers very often. If anything, the daunting presence of a few enormous key players makes successful market penetration an arduous task that rarely wields success.

Still, it so happens that from time to time we witness the arrival of an intriguing parvenu that seems like it just might find its own place under the sun. The latest one to do that is the Razer Phone, an ambitious juggernaut aimed at the gamer crowd that sounds quite promising on paper.

You know the specs, you've seen the design, but now it's time to answer the most important question - is the Razer Phone worth it?

Join us as we unbox the device and gear up for a full review!

Very nice first try but the screen is not power efficient enough even for this enormous battery, android is not (yet) designed for 120 Hz displays.. Absolutely no protection against any water and sharp corners, that can be painful at times. It will be interesting to see what Razer plans next.

Its a gaming phone, not a jack-of-all-trade phone. At least this is not a me-too slim bezel, 2:1, back fps kind of phone.
