" Probably 'cause you're comparing every iPhone sold as 1 device to individual OEM devices. When you do the proper comparison of iphones to galaxys, Samsung's galaxy line of devices are easily more popular" That is not true. Samsung sold around 55 million s7/s7 edge galaxy in 1 year after their launch. Iphone 7/7 plus combined will outsell that easily. Every year apple sells 200+ iphones. If only 30% are new models sold, iphones easily outsell galaxy every year. apple has put 70 million oled panel order from samsung for iphone 8 alone in 2017. ( not counting 7s and 7s plus) . It means every year new model iphones atleast sell 70+ million units. Galaxy is better than iphone. But iphone is still more popular.

"That is not true. Samsung sold around 55 million s7/s7 edge galaxy in 1 year after their launch. "Every year apple sells 200+ iphones" Samsung sold 300M+ Galaxy devices last year. Not all are "flagship" for sure, but they'd still easily do more than even the latest iphone. Flagship to flagship though, yeah, apple sells more of them.

Iphone is heavily overpriced and i do not support paying so much extra just to get best customer service. But apple has the best customer service in the world. Even in smaller cities in 3rd world countries apple service center is much better and professional than that of other android OEM. Samsung also provides good service. But apple is a step ahead. Huwaei, lenovo, may have more number of stores, but their service is nowhere near that of apple. This is the only category where i give credit to apple.

"But apple has the best customer service in the world." So, you've experienced the customer service of every Smartphone organization? I'd highly disagree on that considering what I've experienced with them as a former iphone user. When the latest iOS version made my old iPhone slow and laggy, I contacted apple asking for support in reverting to the iOS version that worked smoothly for my device. What do I get? Basically, no we can't make your old device function good as it was when you got it, we only move forward, either buy another device, or deal with the degraded performance. That is in no way the "best" customer service I've experienced. When I have problems with the latest OS on any of my Android or Windows devices, I easily revert back to the previous version, elongating the life time of my device as I see fit. I don't know about you, but that's a miles better customer service to me, than having the life span of my device fully dictated by the manufacturer.

For sure they can. They charge you price of 4 iphones and they sell you apple care on top. Even if you don't buy apple care, which you sheeps do in droves. You can take an iphone 7, wipe your ass with it, return it to Apple and they might take it back still and just throw it in the garbage because they charged you for 4 phones. Throw away one and they still have 2 phones of profits from you sheep.

As far as I can tell, both Apple and Qualcomm use bully tactics. Now we get to see who is the bigger bully. As for who will win the case, I am thinking that the US courts will protect Apple over Qualcomm. Judges in the ninth circuit have a history of defending Apple over its international competitors, like Samsung; however, Qualcomm is also a US-based company, so I am unsure if there is any precedent for that arrangement. Also, last I heard, Qualcomm is under the gun, legally speaking, in Europe and in other markets for being a merciless silicon tyrant, so the deck may be stacked against Qualcomm. Regardless of who wins, this will be an epic battle between two giants, and I don't know if the bigger bully will be the winner or the loser in all of this.

All this looks like Qualcomm is using Apple's tactics against it.

Then why support Qualcomm? Most people are to passive and allow things like this to happen.

Apple'd better buy Quallcomm:) It would be the easiest way to make them shut up their greedy mouths.

Apple. Price extortion. Kettle f**king black. It's okay for Apple to make over 50% profit out of customers but its not okay for Apple suppliers to charge them the going rate?
