Qualcomm: first device with the new Snapdragon 805 chipset to arrive in May

Qualcomm has revealed on the hush-hush for a Japanese publication that the first Snapdragon 805 device will arrive in May this year, leaving us to wonder what would it be. The schedule Qualcomm set for itself when it announced its newest chipset creation is for it to be in devices by the second half of the year, so a first device in May puts it right in sync with this deadline...

isn't that S805 still based on 28nm? and don't talk about S810 yet. even latest Qcom press con doesn't mention anything new than S805.

The memory bandwidth of this chip is much better than that of TK1 (25Gb/s vs 17Gb/s ). It is a "desktop class" memory speed
