An image of a case allegedly made for the HTC M8, and listed online, reveals a opening for a fingerprint scanner. The M8 is believed to be the code name for the upcoming successor to the HTC One Android flagship phone. While the HTC One does not employ a fingerprint sensor, the phablet-sized HTC One max does. Here's my speculation based on this case, leaks, and my HTC One. 5 inch screen with capacitive buttons or 5.2 inch screen with on screen buttons Clearly dual flash from what is shown Wide port opening on case, most likely USB 3.0 CPU- No Idea, not that big of a deal if its a S800, just will fall behind quickly Camera- Ultrapixel, new tech, 5-7 mp, better OIS Material- Aluminum, but more durable construction, possibly LiquidMetal if we're lucky Gorilla Glass 3, perhaps Sapphire Fingerprint sensor, and that's actually not a bad spot, considering how it is near the power button Three launch colors, White, Black, and Red Storage- 16-32 GB, with sd card available in certain markets 2700-3100 MaH battery Improved Boomsound speakers Thinner, more curved design. I think this is a very accurate prediction.

This shouldn't be surprising, HTC is the only company willing to ignore ergonomics for style. The power button has never been in the right place in any of their handsets, the home button on the HTC One definitely isn't in the right place, and their fingerprint sensor on their next flagship won't be either. That is a given. HTC is terrible and no one should expect anything less.

I think their standard came down from the launch of the HTC one. The sense 5.0 looks worse and performs worse than sense 3.0 I think the HTC one X was somewhat better than the persent One, if it had a better battery life with a Fhd display.

Dafu.q are you talking about? Sense 5 is the smoothest UI aside from Moto's. HTC One > One X, aside from camera.

Sense 5 has bullshi.t kinda icons. The best thing to do is to root it and put some kind of AOSP rom
