Opera launches new mobile browser for Android, iPhone version coming soon
Opera Touch is the name of the new mobile browser coming from the Norwegian software company with a similar name. Unlike the standard Opera mobile browser, Touch has been specifically designed to work together with the desktop version of the browser, regardless of your smartphone's manufacturer.

Secondly, Opera Touch is very easy to use with just one hand, thus giving users a more comfy experience while browsing the web. All the browser's key functions have been moved within the thumb's reach, which is why you should have no issues using Opera Touch with one hand.

When you open Opera Touch, you'll notice that it starts in search mode. Also, your smartphone's keyboard will be up and the address bar cursor will start blinking. Apparently, the developers wanted to reduce the number of steps it takes someone to start searching for something, and that's how they did it.

But there's more, as Opera Touch features voice search function and allows users to scan a QR or barcode to perform a search. The mobile browser comes with a so-called FAB (Fast Action Button), which gives users direct access to the most recent tabs and search features.

As mentioned earlier, Opera Touch has been specifically designed to work together with the desktop version of the browser through a feature called Flow. You'll need to scan a QR code displayed in the Opera computer browser with Opera Touch so that you can establish a Flow. The latter allows you to share links, images, videos or notes to yourself.

Opera Touch is already available for download via Google Play Store, whereas iOS users will have to wait a bit for the mobile browser to arrive in the App Store.
