OnePlus 5 video stabilization update demoed in new official video

When OnePlus released its latest “flagship killer” back in June, fans were disgruntled to find out that it lacks an optical image stabilization module — something that its predecessors, the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T, actually had. To top it off, there was no software stabilization for 4K video recording, which resulted in shaky, nausea-inducing clips. Well, about a week ago, the manufacturer finally issued an update, which adds electronic stabilization to the OnePlus 5. It has now also released a short video clip, showing us a quick before and after.

The clip is posted on OnePlus’ Twitter page. It's basically footage of an energetic puppy, happily running around while whoever is behind the phone chases them.
