Nokia announces Speakerphone handsfree

Nokia announced a new handsfree speakerphone using the Bluetooth technology to connect wirelessly to the mobile phone. The accessory is designed to provide quality sound either indoors in a room or in a car, where it attaches to the sun-visor using a simple clip.

For power, it uses a built-in battery which is claimed to live for up to 20 hours of talk time and an auto power off function makes sure it won’t waste in inactivity. Nokia says that the speakerphone has powerful built-in speaker, and DSP system for improving the outgoing sound.

Nokia HF-300 will be available globally at the price of about $125 (EUR90) excluding taxes.
