Nokia Maps 3D gets some added functionality
It has been a busy week for the folks over at Nokia. Along with the update rollouts for the Lumia 800, we told you about yesterday, Nokia has also updated its free Maps 3D web application.

Nokia Maps 3D enables you to view 25 cities around the world in spectacular 3D. You are able to zoom and navigate around the cities with incredible detail and accuracy. This update adds the ability to plan routes by car, foot, or mass transit, much like Google Maps. It also allows you to share a route via email, Facebook, or Twitter. This can be especially helpful when attempting to share directions with a friend, colleague, or client.

Check out the video below for an introduction to Nokia Maps 3D or head on over to maps.nokia.com to take it for a test drive yourself.
