Nokia Cinemagraph gets updated to version 4.0

Cinemagraphs are pretty awesome, let's just start there. A cinemagraph is essentially a GIF that wants to be more artistic, which is the reason for the different word. GIFs can be a lot of things, but they are rarely subtle, and that's where cinemagraphs step in. Nokia is very proud of the cameras that it puts on its Lumia devices, so it has also made a Cinemagraph app for those handsets, and that app got an update today...

Nokia Microsoft will now avoid paying licenses for Android. Then microsoft take out licenses for this Linux variant.

Really wonder if China and India, with nice big manufacturers like Huawee and Micromax will allow the deal between Microsoft and Nokia.

Will India and China regerinar really allow the store when the risk to knock out their entire phone industry?

It's not fair if microsoft nokia avoid paying licenses

This was the first app on wp8 that drew me away from android believe it or not. I remember when the 920 was announced and this app was being shown I had to have it. Great app that has gotten better.
