Nokia 6630 Music Edition was announced

Today Nokia announced Nokia 6630 Music Edition, which is supposed to compete with Motorola's and Sony Ericsson's music phones, which were announced recently. The 6630 Music Edition doesn't bring much to the old 6630 - just new housing color and several music accessories included in the sales package. The phone will come with 256 MB MMC card and a music adaptor for high-quality headphones. A card-reader is also included.

The main format for music will remain MP3, while still there will be WAV, MIDI, AMR, AAC, RealAudio music formats supported. The 6630 Music Edition doesn't add some new formats, as iTunes for example, and its specifications are identical to the 6630's one.
