New Google Play Store brings review editing and in-app purchases indicator (get it here)

The other big thing, besides the warning note which apps contain in-app purchases, is the ability to edit or completely delete your app review. You also get to share your activity feed on Google Plus, with all the comments, +1s and ratings you've given to apps.
