Thats because no developed nations want RIM devices anymore. They are obsolete in form and in substance

Even the Nokia E6-00 has a higher pixel count (480x640) in the same size of screen as this BlackBerry. The E6 is from Nokia's final, and failed, line of Symbian^3 devices. And I liked Symbian^3 a whole lot better than I ever liked BlackBerry... BlackBerry will be on its way out next, following in the footsteps of Symbian, MeeGo, webOS, and the likes of Palm and WinMo before them.

rim has billboards and everything for this device saying "coming first to indonesia", now the cat is out of the bag....it's as if there were no other os in the market, everybody is bb-ing and not because its "cheap" (from being obselete), before bb came around it was nokia..and we were always the launch market for their high end devices ie. nokia communicator, people would line up like people lining up outside an apple store... you wont believe how much these people were willing to pay for such nokia devices ???? $1,000 dollars for a launch price before being sold at a normal price of $700...people are lifestyle crazy and highly social...just in case any of you interested, you might want to check if indonesia is one of the most facebook/twitter users....

yeah, like the Nokia E90... that thing was awesome when it came out... practically made me drool all over my screen... but it cost $1,200 at launch. And S60 3rd Edition didn't end up lending itself well to the 800x352 resolution (which, back then, was whoppingly huge)... they can now be obtained on the internet, plentiful as doo-doo, for $300 or less... I'm glad now that I didn't waste my money back then.
