Phones are pretty cool themselves, but some news on netbooks
every now and then would not hurt anyone, especially when it comes to the “nation’s most reliable network” provider, Verizon
. A watchful tipster has just let us know about the carrier’s plans to come up with a net-book featuring built-in mobile broadband card sometime in May. According to our information, the device is to be produced by HP and designed to run Windows XP. It´s also expected to feature a 16GB hard drive and 1 GB of RAM and, possibly, a webcam along with it. The net-book should be available in select retails stores first, then everywhere else in a back-to-school time frame on standard one or two-year mobile broadband plans for $39.99 or $59.99 respectively.
