Motorola, Inc. has unveiled the new addition to its line of music-optimized mobile handsets ROKR E2 at the International Consumer Electronics show in Las Vegas. Unlike its predecessor ROKR E1, it doesn't include the iTunes music software. The ROKR E2 runs on Linux operating system and has the following main features:
262k color TFT QVGA (240x320) display
1.3 megapixels camera with flash and video capture
hot-swappable SD memory expansion slot
3.5mm headset jack
built-in FM radio with up to 30 presets
The Motorola ROKR E2 is expected to hit the market in the first half of the year 2006. Expect more picture and info when we post our CES 2006 Live Coverage.
