Motorola to expand its RAZR V3 line
Motorola plans to make a whole new range of RAZR-like phones in various shapes and colors according to BusinessWeek. This range includes a candy-bar-shaped RAZR which is called the Sliver. It is expected to be announced later this year.
Although Motorola RAZR V3 is ultra sleek (only 0.5 thin) it features VGA camera, video playback, and MP3 player. Motorola has shipped an estimated 750,000 of the $500 phones since RAZV V3 hit the market in November, which is three times more than initially expected. It contributed to a boost in Motorola Q4 earnings statement.
