Motorola launchs Microsoft compatible smartphone

 AT&T Wireless and Microsoft Corp. together with Motorola Inc., will offer GSM(TM)/GPRS-compatible Windows Mobile(TM)-based Smartphone for the North American market - the Motorola MPx200.
Utilizing Microsoft® Windows Mobile software, the new Motorola MPx200 phone will allow AT&T Wireless customers to take the functionality and familiarity of Microsoft Office and Outlook® features with them while on the move.
The new Motorola MPx200 allows customers to manage their personal information and synchronize their e-mail, calendar and contacts with Microsoft Outlook® either via a PC connection or via seamless over-the-air synchronization with Exchange Server.

The new Motorola MPx200 is expected to be available from AT&T Wireless in the fourth quarter of this year.
