Surprisingly, the Nvidia dual-core CPU just cost less than 21 bucks... once the LCD touchscreen price comes down, we'll see cheaper dual-core tablets for the masses. Can't wait for that to happen....

in about 8 months 1 ghz dual core in tablets and phones is going to be old news

It will be old news. So hopefully the generic tablets still using those parts will be amazingly cheap! I gotta say, as much as it doesn't get more generic the Polaroid 9.7" Android tablet at CES still got me kinda excited. Sadly it looked just a little bit better than my Archos 101. But I'm thinking that if I was sticking with Android a 10" HTC is in my future. But most likely I'll go with a HP Touchpad. WebOS is just SO sexy.

In looking at the spec sheet above, how does one determine if Motorola is giving us the 1G of ram that they advertise for this Xoom? Its so run together up there I cannot tell. Thanks.
