The Verizon-exclusive Moto Z3 is now available to purchase for $480
Motorola announced the Moto Z3 exactly two weeks ago today and, although its spec sheet may have disappointed some people, the smartphone does come with a pretty competitive price tag of $480, something Verizon customers can exclusively take advantage of starting today.

As part of the package, the Moto Z3 offers a tall 6-inch AMOLED display that boasts reduced bezels above and below. On the rear, a premium glass build is featured in addition to the Moto Mods pin connector which is more important than ever due to the 5G Moto Mod that is coming early next year. Aside from this, the rear of the device also includes Motorola’s trademark camera module which is home to two rear sensors, while the aluminum frame of the smartphone boasts a fingerprint scanner.

Currently, the Moto Z3 is being dubbed Motorola’s 2018 flagship and will likely be backed up by a big marketing campaign over the next few months as Verizon’s 5G network goes live. However, with the smartphone retailing at a price tag of just $480, certain comprises were undoubtedly going to happen, the biggest one being the processor. Specifically, the device packs Qualcomm’s 2017 flagship processor, the Snapdragon 835 – this chip is featured inside the Moto Z2 Force. Elsewhere, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage make the spec sheet. Additionally, a 3,000mAh battery will be keeping the lights on and, on the software side of things, Android 8.1 Oreo is included straight out of the box. However, Motorola has confirmed that an update to Android 9 Pie is on its way.

As mentioned above, the Moto Z3 can be purchased for $480 or $20 per month exclusively through Verizon, with the device itself only being sold in Ceramic Black. Also, as with all Moto Z smartphones, Motorola’s latest offering is compatible with all Moto Mods which can be purchased separately. upgradeable upgradable
