Motorola MILESTONE receives a minor update - still waiting for Android 2.2

It was only amonth ago when Motorola MILESTONE owners were presented with an update for Android 2.1, but now there is a minor update available forowners to check out. As much as some would be ecstatic to hear thatit could be something like an update for Froyo, this one is for Motorola MILESTONE owners in Greece and is actually a minor one that isnothing more than a bugfix update. The MR2.5 update essentiallyaddresses some issues with the smartphone and includes a host ofperformance and stability improvements. In addition, it hones in onissues regarding random power cycling, force closes, the alarm clock,and music capabilities. We'd imagine that the update will be soonavailable to other countries in the next couple of weeks, butnaturally the thought of Froyo is probably ingrained deeply into themind of owners right now more than anything else.
