For your info, S4 Dual-core is sooo much better. Better at managing power and already proven to be better than Quad Core Nvidia Tegra-3 or Samsung's Exynos Chip at Benchmarks and everything else!

it's not better than the Exynos but yeah, it's pretty great.

The S4 doesn't beat out the Exynos quad in benchmarks, Samsung is always best in class when it comes to processors. I believe the S4 Pro just barely comes out on top in some benchmarks, but that's the Pro, not the regular S4.

well it turns out they did actually announce a MAXX HD but never reveled it's battery capacity. interesting. i will say the Unpacked Events blew the one Motorola did today out of the water. xD

Since the HD has a 2500 mAh battery, I'd hope the Maxx has around 3800.

I'm just happy to know my DROID 4 and the RAZRs WILL receive Jelly Bean!

I am genuinely excited for these phones. I wil be less so if the Razr is priced at 300 like it was last year, but I don't think that will be the case. Now if only Motorola would do something like these phones for carriers OTHER THAN Verizon, they would be back on top in no time.

well we know the Razr M will be $99 so it will probably go from that to the Razr HD at $200 and then the MAXX HD at either $250 or $300.

oh and it appears that i was right about the Razr M being the edge-to-edge display phone. :P

Yes, you have been vindicated. :P Though it looks like the HDs also have pretty much no side bezel. I might just get one of these on my employee plan with Verizon.

Not even the S4 Pro? Sigh. This makes me sad. It better have 2 GB RAM... At least match the GS3 in terns of specs. But this Jelly Bean promise is nice, it will be updated within 4 months, or you get $100. Pretty cool. A bit disappointed that it wasn't the S4 Pro, but I guess that is the standard after all. Overall, nice job Moto

i never did really raise my hopes up for that but this is still more appealing than the SIII, especially the MAXX HD with it's undisclosed battery life.

The only thing that makes the GS3 more appealing to me is that 2 GB RAM. Effectively making it future-proof. Not exactly a deal breaker, but it's still nice to have. The Razr HD wins in pretty much everything else though... I also expected it to have a different design. I liked that design in the leaks where the Kevlar pattern looked like arrows or v's running down the back of it. This is still nice, but I'm just a bit down-hearted by this announcement. Pretty sure I'm going to skip this, and wait for the next Nexus. Though, if the rumors are true, I'm probably going to get the Motorola Nexus... So they'll get my money one way or another lol

Excuse me, I just looked again and saw that there are 2 different designs... One of which are the arrows that I enjoy, but it lacks the Verizon branding that's on the other one. So I guess that means the international version is going to have that design. That makes it more appealing to me lol

Just 1GB of ram. So it'll handle most everything but is not future proof. Still not a bad phone.

just because the US SIII came with 2GB of RAM doesn't suddenly mean that EVERYTHING else is suddenly not future-proof. remember even the International SIII has a GB.

1gb ram is more than enough if the os and apps installed are optimised.
