630 should run buttery smooth on a vanilla unlike SUX (samsung ux).

Maybe not DOA... but... not interesting, all the hype is dead as of RN, it will sell tho, depending on the price they give to this, hopefully its less than $350

At this thickness I would have expected a 3500+ mAh battery.

Why aren't more manufacturers using SD660?

Because it's a newly announced APU and will take time to be used by phone brands.

This should be the Moto x3 because the pure is it's own class. No way this is better than the pure

I honestly wouldn't mind going with a mid-range phone for the right price, and Motorola knows how to make quality phones I still love my Moto X (2013). My only reservation is the storage capacity, I have a 128 GB Nexus 6P, and if the Moto X4 doesn't have expandable storage, then the 32GB limit will be a deal breaker for me.

Seems decent... But I'm still thoroughly enjoying my Moto G5+ I've that had for the last few weeks. Definitely better than my old iPhone 6S+. Battery is fantastic and performance is buttery smooth and snappy! Kudos to Moto on that device! For $300, almost unbeatable....

Is your G5+ even faster/smoother than your iPhone 6S+?

Might be. It's not that android phones are not smoother. And being smoother is not the only factor that makes a phone better.

I know that Android phones can be smoother than iPhone 6S Plus on occasions. That's why I asked him the question seriously; there was no sarcasm involved unlike what you think.

And I also asked if his G5+ is faster too. Because if that's the case throughout his experience, than his iPhone might have an A5 inside, or something close to that.

Well a big screw you right back at ya, Lenovo. One of the stupidest phone portfolios out there.

The neutering of the US version once again is disappointing. Also the 630 vs 660 issue will make it less worth an upgrade to Moto X pure owners since speed/feature increase for the price will be less.

Unless this phone is $200 or less I would rather a 2015 MOTO X Pure Bamboo. I need one unlocked for the ATT network. They should just release that MXP phone again with updated batteries and more wood varieties.

Looks too thick for only 3000 mAh. At least it has a headphone jack.

Nice design. If not bordering Galaxy S7.
I like how Lenovo give us a lot of options.
However, this could be a problem when it comes to software updates since you have so many phones to maintain.

It may not be DOA but its certainly kinda dull. I was hoping that it would have a 3800mah battery like earlier rumors were suggesting and the sd660. But its all gonna depend on the price at around $300 this would be decent option but i would not pay 400 for this phone. If it works on project fi then i could see this device having a chance
