What is with that pic of Balmer? He looks crazy. Also, he is giving a thumbs up to the camera taking his picture instead of to the webcam. Also, he is wearing behind-the-head headphones on top of his head with the mic on the wrong side. The headphones don't even reach his ears...just wow.
