On Friday, Microsoft said that it would be adding Google as a defendant in a current patent infringement case it filed against Motorola; Microsoft says that it is adding Motorola's parent company because the suit revolves around data that Motorola says has to do with Google...

I am not a fan of USPTO altough Iunderstand the need for patents an overhaul will never happen, neither will stricter guidelines for what can and should be patented. The USPTO know that if any of the above 2 thingd happen, they would have to invalidate way to many patents, which would lead to court cases trying to over turn lost patent cases, which then would lead to an even bigger headache. The USPTO has gotten to big to fail and is failing at being big. Its a cycle that wont end anytime soon, no matter how much we all might want it too.

Microsoft is probably afraid that, if they drag Google into the ring, Google is going to beat them on search patents or something.

The Xbox 360 and Xbox 720 should be ban from entering the US market.

Once this ban take place this will give Sony PS3 enough time to over come MS gaming system.

I think Microsoft is trying to force Google to remove this ban...hahaha.

Why does the PS3 need to overcome the 360? I have both and they both serve a purpose. The hardest thing for me is making sure I dont get the same game for both systems.

I wanted to get Madden 13 and 2K13 for the 360, but folks at work game on the PS3, so PS3 it was. The PS3 does have the edge as a multi media system to me. Blu Ray, free online for all, and I had issues logging into Vudu on my 360. I had to do it on my PS3 since the 360 wont let you login using your Walmart account for Vudu.

And I plan on getting a Wii U. lol. We can hate and fight about Android and iOS, the iPhone all day....but for game consoles....I welcome all. And would get all if I could. There are exclusives for each system that makes them all a good buy.

True side?

They will either fight if they think they can...or they will pay a license fee. You think the Samsung vs Apple case showed Samsung's true side? They thought they would win if given a chance to defend themselves. Like anyone would if they thought they had a case.

The Apple vs Samsung case did show Apple's true side.....but most of us already knew Apple's true side before the case... :)
