Unknown issue prevents Samsung Galaxy S10 owners from using their phone

Some Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers are complaining that their brand new Samsung Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ are not getting voice and data connectivity with their provider's network.

I have an iPhone X on sprint and I'm STILL having these issues. Not to mention the phone also gets stuck on 3G. But it was funny that Samsung was the only brand name in the heading of the article... sweet gig PhoneArena.
