Unknown issue prevents Samsung Galaxy S10 owners from using their phone

Some Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile subscribers are complaining that their brand new Samsung Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+ are not getting voice and data connectivity with their provider's network.

As long as the phone doesn't physically explode, any other issues are deemed quite acceptable - as far as Samsung is concerned.

As much as I loved the Note 7 for the 2 months that I had it, I'll have to disagree with your comment since you made it as a cheap shot at the S10.

I've been experiencing intermittent problems placing/recieving calls with my Note 9 for the past week (Sprint). It's a relief knowing I'm not the only one..

The easy solution here is to buy last year's phone. It's a win-win. Great device. Great price. No Guinea Pig.

This is bad for a premium price of a phone. They should get fix this as early as possible. Though I don’t know how fast is Samsung patching these issues.

I used to be a Samsung user too but as they increase their premium price it's not worth it. No phone is worth a premium price at this point unless they have 7 days talk time battery. I'm very happy with my iOS and MacOS ecosystem but I hate how Apple monetizing its users..... take a look at yesterday's event as an example, everything is about subscriptions and zero innovations.

Those are some really great services though,, in the pool of so many services and unreliability, users will have something reliable and quality oriented service just like apple music.

I had trouble with Sprint on Google Fi where my Pixel 2 wouldn't make outbound calls. Google support wouldn't help so I cancelled Fi.

no issues here on my verizon s10+ and my friend on tmobile aint having problems either like the article says sprint customers are the most affected. Im pretty sure its not their phone its sprints shyty network that dont work .

I’m having the connectivity issue on my S10 too. Screw Samsung I hope they burn. Waste of money.

Is it my impression or this is the THIRD time an issue with the galaxy s10 makes it into the Featured articles? Is all that bad marketing really necessary? I don't remember seeing the article on 2018 when the iPhone had the same problem...

Say what? Did Samsung also use those “bad” Intel modems (d_something_jedi was talking about) or is it a prove that XS so called problem is in fact due to the carriers?
